Youth Climate Impact Community (YCIC) is a youth-led initiative designed as a collaborative space for young leaders across India. It serves as a platform for discussing ideas, sharing best practices, co-creating solutions, and amplifying climate action at the grassroots level. Its main objective is to unify youth climate advocacy efforts in India, fostering a stronger network and collective impact.  YCIC's work is built on collaboration and empowerment. Every member is a valued contributor and has the opportunity to lead initiatives, propose actions, and shape our collective efforts. 

Who can join YCIC ?

Young individuals aged 18 to 35 who are passionate about climate action, including students, working professionals, grassroots activists, and youth volunteers across India.

Eligibility: No prior experience in the climate sector is required.

How to Become a Member:

1. Application: Apply through this Google Form link

2. Verification: Applications are verified by the NYCC team.

3. Onboarding: Once verified, members are added to the YCIC WhatsApp channel, Google group, and local chapter groups based on their indicated state preference.

4. Acknowledgement: New members must agree to an acknowledgement form and Code of Conduct while filling the Google form.
